Getting started on our minecraft survival server

#2. The first steps

When you join the server, you will be surrounded by NPCs. These are our realms! Each has a different type of gamemode and meta. To join Survival, head over to the strider and give it a lil' tap to join. Boom! You've made it to spawn. From here, press the [F] key to open the menu and get started.

#3. Choosing a survival world

There's lots of worlds to choose from on Survival. There's the fantasy world with lush trees and a wide variety of biomes. The mars world is tough with litle to use. PvP is enabled in Mars so be careful!

#4. How to claim land

To protect your land you will need to claim this. Get a golden shovel from /kit claim and then run to opposite corners of your claim, clicking in each corner. The claim will be created and it will light up with glowstone.

#5. Making use of money

Money is big on Survival. You can regularly buy and sell new items to the traders at spawn, as they each refresh weekly. Use money earned to trade on the auction house or with other players. You can buy all kinds of items, even premade mansions!

#6 mcMMO

#7 Safari nets

Safari nets allow you to capture and move mobs across the server. See a horse you wanna take back to your base? Simply run /shop and buy a Safari Net and then click the horse with it. The egg will absorb the horse which you can then place down to respawn it at another location!

#9 Use the resource world

When getting started you are sure to need resources. Press the [F] menu to open the Survival Menu and warp to the resource world. This is a regular minecraft world without any mobs. It resets every now and then so it is fresh for mining. Gather all your resources here and then warp back home. Don't go mining in the build world as we'd love to keep it clean.
